We're looking for a passionate, self-motivated Digital Marketing Campaign Executive to produce the best-in-sector digital marketing collateral and online strategies for our website, Reapit and property portals as well as our social media channels. Working with the Marketing Manager and the wider Marketing team you'll use your copywriting and design skills to produce written and visual content for our digital outputs that expand the Folio brand reach and generates quality leads.

Our development pipeline is varied in terms of location, property types and rent value and you will need to take ownership of the marketing of multiple schemes. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be an integral member of a committed team of professional marketers that will enable us to deliver a top-class marketing service. You'll need to create digital campaigns that cut through, inspire our customers and work closely with colleagues to get things right the first time. Ideally, you'll have residential property marketing experience and you'll be confident in managing multiple campaigns and projects with a track record of delivering results, on target, on time and within budget.

Collaboration is central to success in this role. As well as shared approaches within the marketing team, your ability to market internally and build great relationships with colleagues in lettings, sales, development, and communications as well as with external creative and media agencies will help you to deliver integrated, successful digital strategies that deliver a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day activity on all social media channels, writing and optimizing content for the website, tracking and analsing digital advertising traffic flow- providing regular monthly internal marketing reports via Google Analytics, portal analysis and Sprout, Optimsiging PPC campaigns across social and Google and Managing our Reapit CRM to get the most out of the services.

Regular meetings with the marketing and lettings team as well as creative and media agencies regarding digital marketing assets, amendments, deadlines, optimization are essential together with clear and concise reporting outlining the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns. Regular site visits are also key to this role to continually assess and make improvements to the customer journey and on-site experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage individual digital marketing campaigns for our new schemes and brand awareness.
  • Manage the day-to-day activity on all social media channels.
  • Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts.
  • Track and analyse the website and digital advertising traffic flow- providing regular monthly internal marketing reports via Google Analytics, portal analysis and Sprout.
  • Fix any errors or bugs in online content for sign-off by the Marketing Manager this included keeping the website up to date with accurate information
  • Write copy for email marketing campaigns to be sent to the Folio residents in the form of a monthly newsletter.
  • Manage Reapit CRM to get the most out of the services.
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront.
  • Manage day-to-day analytics of portal adverts and analyse how well we are doing across the portfolio as well as managing the portal account managers to ensure the best VFM across all platforms.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be someone who is reliable, confident and willing to carry out high volume of Marketing tasks on daily basis. Your organisation skills will be put to the test as you will be involved in various tasks on daily basis and problem solving will be part of your daily routine.

We are looking for someone ready to show energy and enthusiasm for dealing with high call volumes in order to help with overflow of calls within our Lettings team.

At the same time, since you will be in charge of many important finance relates tasks the ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and time management skills.
