Folio London is offering a fantastic opportunity to join us at an exciting and busy time for our market leading business. We’re looking for a passionate, self-motivated Head of Operations to join our senior management team to help deliver our ambitious growth plans.

You will need to provide operational and strategic leadership to inspire your team of estate, property and block management professionals to deliver the best service to over 3000 tenancies. In this role you’ll make things happen. Spotting opportunities and identifying ways to improve our services to our tenants and turning these opportunities in to reality at our schemes.

You’ll be expected to take the lead in streamlining the operations across all Folio London developments to improve services and resident satisfaction. To do this you’ll need to inspire your team, setting the strategic path and ensuring they deliver against business plan and growth objectives.

We’ll trust you to lead on procurement and contract management of our repairs and maintenance services, ensuring a cost effective and quality service for our residents.

Collaboration is central to success in this role. We’ll rely on you to build partnerships and networks with internal and external colleagues and stakeholders in order to influence the product specification and design, and ensure we are always working to improve service delivery.
