Enthusiastic about a career in construction? Passionate about social housing? Fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn!

You might be right for one of our Construction Training Initiative Apprenticeships.

We are looking to recruit dedicated individuals who want to take part in our exciting new Apprenticeship programme. As long as you are 18 years or over and have completed relevant GCSE’s at grade C or above, Functional Skills level 2 or relevant experience.

We are offering a NVQ level 2 Apprenticeship in Business Administration as an Apprentice Document Controller and based on our building site in Southwark, with a potential to move to our other development sites throughout London.

Working alongside our specialist staff and contractors on site, you’ll gain a range of experiences which will help you to achieve your qualification. At the same time, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package consisting of 21 days holiday (plus bank holidays), a starting salary based on 25% higher than the national apprentice wage for your age, as well as a range of NHH benefits.

We’re not looking for a particular type of person - there’s room for all kinds of people here. Our vision is to be London's leading housing organisation, with customers who love where they live and staff who love where they work and the jobs they do. Our strategy is to deliver 2,700 homes per year for Londoners across all tenures including shared ownership, private sale, market rent, affordable rent, supported housing and student housing.

The work of our apprentices will directly impact our ability to make this a reality.

You will need to commit to 40 hours per week, consisting of time on various development sites across London.

Applications close at midday on Friday 15 February 2019. Candidates whose applications are short listed will be invited to take part in an interview and assessment with us in the week commencing 18 February 2019.
