Experienced Enterprise Architect? Looking for an exciting opportunity where you can drive delivery of real change and innovation to support our customers?

Reporting into the Director of Information Strategy you will be part of a small newly formed team of architects facilitating a dynamic technical future that delivers real change for Notting Hill Genesis – from how we integrate our organisation post-merger and operate in the workplace, to how we connect with our customers.

This role will allow you to stretch your knowledge and experience as you’ll be our go to digital technical lead playing a pivotal role in defining and maintaining our technology strategy. You’ll be responsible for digital blueprints, supporting roadmaps; shaping an organisation-wide digital culture, and driving the delivery of truly innovative solutions which transform our ways of working and customer experience whilst maintaining a flexible and low-cost IT ecosystem.

We will rely on your extensive technical and digital experience along with your ability to build relationships with senior management and key stakeholders across the business, to understand their needs, identifying opportunities and innovative technology and digital solutions, to ensure that our vision becomes reality. To do this well you’ll have the ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
