You’ll represent NHG at a senior level, so you’ll be credible, with excellent rapport building skills and have the gravitas to enhance our reputation. Your negotiation skills will be invaluable in seeking out new business opportunities, and leading and winning large complex bids!

Like us, you’ll be tenacious, and have a strong desire to win, exceeding expectations and targets. You will develop and manage financial appraisals and set up complex legal structures, including joint ventures. You’ll have influence on our strategic direction, so you’ll have both an eye for detail and the vision to see how each new scheme might maximise our overall offer. Finally, you’ll have senior level experience in property development, process and project management, bringing with you a thorough understanding of the issues that impact housing products and businesses.
